Well, BST/AEG/Frontgate know how many people they messed up this way, and since they themselves started sending out emails
warning people that they need to come early to avoid massive queues, if it is "a fraction" I guess it's a big one.
damn, I ordered in April... No tickets yet.
Don't worry......you will have no problem seeing where to go...
I use uksupport@frontgatetickets.com, and they told me :
Your order has now been moved to International Care of Box Office (COBO). This means you will pick up your tickets at the event when you arrive. You will need a valid government-issued ID and your email order receipt. Please stay tuned to [www.bst-hydepark.com] as box office hours and location will be announced shortly.

I have been asking for the last 2 days If its possible to pick up tickets someone else before the 13th but I have no answer .... AAaAArrggghhhh !!!
Unfortunately this may depend on the direction from which you enter the park--I walked right round the damn place!

I had posted this previously but - The total number of posters who have had this problem is probably just a fraction of the big picture. Should be interesting to see to what degree of chaos ensues as a result of this incompetence. Best wishes to all for a great day!

well,there's no WEST Entrance sign on their map of yesterday although they advised to go to WEST Entrance.

I was calling yesterday to the front gate tickets, as they told me in email, after 3 times and waiting about 15 min each and spend it a big amount of euros ... I quit.
I purchased my tickets for 13th in April and according to the web they shipped on 24th ... I'm still waiting
My sister is going to London on Sunday.
It's possible to pick up the tickets before the 13th in some location ?
I don't want to wait untill the same day of the event with all the problems that it could be, I want to avoid significant wait times, kaos and nervous !
What docs she need if she is not the person who bought the tickets ?

Was tempted several times to order Hyde Park tickets. Kaspersky Anti-virus howled and moaned everytime I was on this damned BST-website.
I gathered the impression that this business is all very, very untrustable.
At least ya all gonna be at a fantastic show with good weather, I hope.
But they are taking A LOT OF fun FROM you to get there.

I'm flying to London this evening and fortunately I don't have to worrie about anything regarding tickets. At the same time it really pissess me off that people who payed lots of money have such troubles and worries about their tickets. I already told lots of people about these serious problems and will do that again tomorrow on site; I hope that will make people working for ALL organisations at HP aware of this so they will try to help anyone tomorrow (and next week) when they need it. So spread the word my fellow in and/or outsiders!
And be there on time as soon as they open to get your ticket; just be in the park all day! If this is going to be as nice as watching Glasto on tv was I will have fun...even with the same setlist

We collected our tickets today for both days tonight and tomorrow with the wristbands and everything. Finally it worked and the People apologized.
Well we are now going to see if we stay von Bon Jovi which we paid anyway, but only because at that time the multiple ticket Thing was only available.

I godt my ticket today at the box office. No queue, and a very helpful guy. Great! I even got my ticket for next Saturday. They couldn't fint it, but printet a new one. I'm a little nervous about that one as it doesn't have the Grrrr picture, but they told me it would be fine..
