The event that is celebrated on Thursday is the 40th anniversary since the Stones first entered Swedish ground. Ove soon took upon himself to be the head of Swedish fan club, in order to get in touch with the band. Which he did.
...As I suggested I´ll get back to this thread when I heard the broadcasting schedule... 09-12 and/or afternoon circa 13-15 would be a wild guess sofar...

Always when Ove Tingvall is around.
He distributes the rarities to the radio station:
He´s been a collector of Stones recordings since 1964, so I believe that what he aint got, aint worth to have. Much early stuff and Chess session dito; but I cant pick any examples; ´cause I couldnt hear all of it (and I worked simultaneously). It seems that Ove himself was absent though. The 2nd program leader in the row was Tommy Blom (everyday on this station) from Swedish once famous group Tages, who was supporting act back in ´65, where Tommy met the five Stones; "incredibly short guys", as he put it (and he is not very tall himself).
...I also have to admit I myself got tired of all ad´ breaks and other irrelevant music which this station stubbornly plays between the Stones tracks.

Anyone else who heard more than me? Please report!

One gem played was Gimme Shelter with Keef on vocals.
I had quick talk with Ove, and it seemed to be some difficulties with his participation in the show. About every fourth song was a Stonessong, but as Baboon Bro said, the adbreaks are really annoying.

... No date, no title, but it will be either when Stones´ world tour
starts or when they enter Sweden or both. If Í´m lucky I may get Ove with me... ?

I made five hours Stones for Radio Guld last October -
I hope they will be re-broadcasted...
Since then I´ve been better in nickin music.
