What time have the Stones actually began playing? I need to know because my two sons, and I am the coach, may have a Little League playoff game on Wed or Fri next week and I live an hour from the Boston Garden.

If you are in your seat by 8.45pm, you should be fine. They usually start about 8.55pm.

I don't think things actually get started until Midnight Rambler, but it may also be that I'm baiting the Woodites here.

In Anaheim they searched everybody individually with metal detectors which slows everybody's ingress.

Show start 8:55pm - give or take 5 minutes
Show finish 11:15pm - give or take 10 minutes

They are very predictable, but I would be inside before 8:30
at the latest, in case of an early start. The tickets usually says 8pm start.
There is NO warmup band.

I think they started at 8:40 at one of my shows this year.
8:50-8:55 more likely.

I'm really sorry if this question has been posted repeatedly. I'm new out here and I've done a couple searches but with no results. What time does the band usually go on? I'm seeing the Friday Boston show with my son and I don't want to miss the beginning, but I also don't want to sit in my seat for hours. (... we're sorry for the delay .... Is everybody ready?) The ticket says 8:00. How long after the official start time have they been taking the stage?

Can't wait for the show! It's been a long time since I've seen the band.
