While most of people here feeling embarrassed and complaining about nearly everything, the lucky sixteen-thousand people / show just enjoying themselves.
And the Stones! They just do what they've been always doing, on the road, entertaining, earning big money, sharing the stage with guests/friends, and old mates.
Excellent!!!!!
It's only rock'n'roll and they/we liked it...

I wonder what 'old people' said when the stones started playing on their favorite T.V (Ed Sullivan). shows in the middle sixties. What goes around, comes around.

I get it that Jagger is bringing all these lightweights (Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Carrie Underwood etc..)on stage so he can sell a future live album that will appeal to all demo's, but this (T.Swift) is the absolute low of the Stones 50 year career.

Live album money to be raked in? I cannot see how a duets album will sell much these days. Plus some of the duets were so awful sounding in spots they will need to be doctored or re-done

Again you people are just ridiculous!! Does having Taylor Swift on stage effect your life at all? She is not all that bad and she'll be more audible than Tom Waits. People need to lighten up!

Thank you.
Some of these people act like the Stones, after 100 years, could actually disappoint them and threaten their fan hood.
I'm over it. I hope Mick got some...Quote

The Rolling Stones died at the end of the 1981 tour...

Just think if the Stones attempted a stunt live album like this in the 80's they would have been dueting with the likes of Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, George Michael, Poison, and New Kids on the Block. Sounds ridiculous doesn't it, but the Katy Perry's + Taylor Swift etc, are going just as ridiculous in a few years...I just don't get these guys these days.

I just don't know what to say. When they started into As Tears Go By I was really excited to hear something they hadn't played on this tour. The had just done Sway with Mick Taylor and then Live With Me, both off of the so called request list and a third new song made me think OK they are going to do something special tonight. I knew Taylor Swift was joining them but I thought later into the show. I've heard her sing before ( not live) and thought she was alright but last night I thought she tried to sing over Jagger and her posing annoyed me. I don't think I will ever be able to listen to As Tears Go BY in the same way ever again.

The Rolling Stones died at the end of the 1981 tour...
Are you a US citizen ? ...because as a european citizen I would have said 1982
Yes, I am a US citizen. In '81, they toured behind their last great album. 1982 didn't mean anything. That tour is all but forgotten. Hampton in December of 1981 was the end of the road.
