Doom & Gloom, Rough Justice, Oh No Not You Again.....it's all the same song, in my world

it's the rolling stones... pretending to be the rolling stones. that's the feeling i get when i hear those songs. like they are trying to imitate themselves.

Wait. If they're trying to imitate themselves... so you're saying that they actually are not imitating themselves but are failing at imitating themselves... imitating themselves.

You may be on to something. Especially when you consider that Forty Licks had FOUR new songs on it and Fifty Licks, if you go by Keith's shoe, has only two, one of which is the Stones imitating Keith's How I Wish imitating the Stones' Street Fighting Man - which is still way better than, oh, I'll take a shot in the dark - Streets Of Love.

The just-released DVD of Die Hard 5 is the #4 selling DVD at Amazon. I just like the idea of people who've never heard DOOM AND GLOOM coming to the ending credits and saying to their buddy, "Hey, man, turn that volume up."
