I just watched the Hampton Roads 1981 DVD and I think that Jagger's physical performance (Not voice) was on it's peak then.
Everything he does looks spontaneous and a bit forced.
He seems to see his appearance a little bit ironic.

mick was at his best performance wise on the 81-82 tour

I think he was at his worst on the 81-82 tour. It just doesn't compare to '69 or '72/'73 or the last tour come to that.

Nothing wrong with his voice on that show - one of his better performances. That goes for Keith and Ron (and the rest of the guys) as well.
