Possible guest for Toronto June 6th....Doesn't look good

I just checked to see who else was playing Toroto around the time the Stones are. It doesn't look good. Kesha is playing Jume 5th and the New Kids On the Block are playing June7th. Please, for the love of God, don't select these people as guests!!!!!

It's possible Axl's star has fallen enough he wouldn't be asked.
The Stones aren't having opening acts, but I remember the Strokes (who I like) opened for the Stones. And than (lead singer) Julian Casablancas said, "If you replaced Rolling Stones fans with Velvet Underground fans the world would be a better place. They’d have a more realistic view of how things can be." And now I think their star has fallen enough—eclipsed by the Black Keys, for one—they wouldn't be asked to open for the Stone now.

Yes. They occasionally play Dead Flowers live too, and Axl did Salt Of The Earth with the Stones in '89. In the early days they recorded a couple demos of JJF, but never released it officially.Quote
