Child of the Moon
Whip, 78 and 81 live versions
And for some reason - inexplicable indeed - Casino Boogie as well.

Well Mark!

Highwire is just one of a big bunch of songs that has to be played twice at my place. Quite a good one though.

At the moment there is one song that starts over and over again and that is Saint of me. A strong one with it's gospel inspirated rythm and feel.

Moonlight Mile is a good one Dandelion, another one that I like is Salt of the Earth. Great Song.
ChelseaDrugstore, I agree that it is a great line, but I love every line on Get Yer Ya Ya's Out. The woman screaming "Paint It Black you devils." "Charlie's good tonight, isn't he." another classic.

When I heard "Sweet Virginia" it hits me right away. Can't listen to it enough. Crazy about those bootlegs early seventies when the song was done quite raw.

It's a simple song, although the ritme of the cords are quite complex to play (I'm just a rookie guitar player) The lyrics are mysterious, like most good stones songs. Mick's voice is made for this song, but the awesome touch is.... the just slight behind backingvocals of Keith! (have you ever tried that to sing backing vocals like keith? It's so hard!)

Monkey Man.

And for all those people who bash Ronnie and his solo playing check out the aforementioned "When The Whip Comes Down" on Sucking In The 70's. Ronnie tore the shit out of that song.
