It's ironic that while Ron gets beat up numerous times on this site, he seems to be the only Stone really hustling out there. I would think that this could only keep his guitar playing pretty tight! He is certainly not afraid of the stage. Go Ronnie go and may you have many cool solos on the new disc !!!

I suspect it's on good medical advice that he keeps busy doing what he's best at. Otherwise he'll sink back into the addictive lifestyle which comes about when there's little structure in place. Smart guy!

Yeah, no matter what you gotta give the kid credit for getting out there. Ronnie really does seem more with it these days...but I still wouldn't turn down having a drink with him.

I hope he'd turn down a drink with me...I love his stuff going back to the Birds, but he seems past the point of being able to function musically & drink/drug, so I do hope he keeps it sober & doesnt give nay-sayers any added ammo this year.

It's kinda good I was never a Big Rock Star like Ronnie.
I most surely would have not made it to 36 years old.

But wasn't that the case with Brian Jones also at the time? He was "hustling out there" with everybody.. Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Andy Warhol, showing his face at Monterey etc. while Mick and Keith were out of sight, making songs and spending their time in studio and doing the next Rolling Stones record...
