Just found this great site, and trying to build a small stones collection. Mainly collecting silver boots rather than cd-rs
I have 'Twenty Flight Rock' (Glimmerpub) but I know there are more sources for this show, I think there's two on VGP - Sweet Virginia (?) and 'Twenty Flight Rock', I think maybe there's another on Dog 'n' Cat?

Any thoughts on what the best version is?

I've got 'Down The Road Apiece' on it's way to me too...is that a good choice?!?

Any other recommendations for this period? I want to get some VGPs but I can't find a souce yet.

I have the Glimmerpub version as well. Did some research before getting it and found it's the best release according to general consensus. If I'm wrong i'd very much like to know!

Which Down The Road Apiece do have on the way VGP or Rattlesnake?

Rattle Snake is JFK Philadelphia Sep 26th 1981 and worth every cent just to hear Down The Road Apiece and the grinding version of Mona.

Sep 26 1981 is pure crap. Sloppy, unrehearsed and unstable mix. Mona completely falls apart. Don't know any other good versions. The ending of Down The Road Apiece is hillarious!

For a brilliant version of Down The Road Apiece, try Jersey Devil.

Ok so your talking about the New Jersey November 5 1981 (VGP 303) version which is faster than the Sep 26 version.
