So, yeah, it's now completely free - no more memberships.
But site didn't change much - all info that was free is still there and the rest seems to be deleted. Great, hm?
The only change I noticed is, that you have a some video clips of Keith answering questions now.

Somethimes I wonder if it's really Keiths'voice who's answering the questions. I don't know if they still do that or just write the answer down on the page

Check out the clip of Keith performing "Something Else" from the Orpheum in 93. Very cool--I'd never seen or heard this. As for the Winos at the Palladium, I have the official VHS--it's a classic. This should be released on DVD.

Keith's site is great- he acknowledges his fascination with WWII -- the V1 in his bed bit is precious. The man is widely read, and I think he's much more knowledgable than he allows to be publically revealed.

Somehow he reminds me of GWBush. Not only his face, but also the unfinished sentences. Of course, Keith actually knows what he is saying, as compared to the leader of the free world, who most of the time has no clue what he is talking about

Besides, there is no announcement on the web page that it is "free." Must be a rumor, a glitch, or they are updating.

Demon, that's not a rumour - if you look at the first page of keithrichards.com it says that it's entirely free now, no exclusive memberships anymore.
I guess they are making everything available now for everybody and that takes some time.

Hey KeithRichards! Touchee' my 'puters' mistake. I cut and pasted the keithrichards.com address and lo and behold, I was able to view the "free" website announcement. You see, I have Keith's website as my homepage on Explorer, and it didn't update. It took four attempts/inserting the new address, closing down, etc.,(it's a bit different now, with "flash" in the address) in Internet properties to do it. I think it was a glitch in Aol too, as it took awhile to change it there. But now it is done. Thanks, and I apologize.
