SWEET! I was never one of the cool kids in school to begin with so this is great news for me! Plus, from what I can gather, the music that the cool kids are listening to right now pretty much stinks. I'll stick with the Stones regardless of how uncool they get... That's not why I listen anyway.

As a side note, I've never given a rat's ass for anything. Not being in the rodent disposal industry limits my opportunities to procure rat's asses for use as gifts. Maybe someone will give a rat's ass to me someday and I'll be able to regift it later.

It was cool for teenagers buying Undercover in 1983 when it came out? And today not? Then he didn`t understand anything. It was defenitly not a cool band for teenagers in 1983. They were the old farts. They have been the old ones since the beginning seventies and they broke all the rules of aging pop/rock stars. So they do today. They are still the old ones , and the coolest guys on stage.

We all love the music up to '82. And even if no memorable music has been made since then, it is still nonetheless gratifying that they remain active in one form or another, just as a kind of continuation of the music that we love [if only up to '82]. That we can still hear live versions of these songs somehow makes them current again in a sense, rather than as something long gone forever, like an old friend that has passed on.
