Went to the venue 4 hours after tickets went on sale--all the $150 tix were gone. All they had left were $600, $450, and a couple of single $250 tix--too much for me, so I had to walk away empty handed. That's what I get for sleeping in late--you snooze, you looze.
It's an amusing thing, the pattern of ticket availability for the Fortune 500 & Counting tour. Usually, it's the tickets closest to the stage that are snapped up first. But for this Fortune 500 & Counting tour, it's the cheapo seats in the back that go first, and the ones within spitting distance of CEO Mick Jagger are still available.
I think that alone is a statement about the current ticket prices.
