Got a barclaycard payband today. Map looks good plus fast track entrance smiling smiley

I got mine too.

Did it say that your payband replaces the ticket?? I have a tier 1 ticket and I just got an e-mail from BST Summertime to say they are sending me a payband that will serve as my entry instead of a paper ticket. Anyone else get the same e-mail?

It clearly states that it does NOT replace the ticket. I have a tier 3 ticket ordered from Ticketmaster which I assume will arrive very soon. This payband was sent from a Barclays office.

I presume yours is different because you bought a Tier 1 ticket

That's what I was trying to find out here. Seems that is the case, then.

Is your payband blue? The one pictured in the e-mail I got is purple!

"As you’re an exclusive Tier 1 Barclaycard Unwind Backstage Bar guest, you’ll receive an equally exclusive ticket - your Barclaycard PayBand. This will act as your entry, rather than a standard paper ticket."

This concert is a disaster for the moment.... fake seating chart.... no one knows when tickets are really sent but any way it's very late... and now this story with the wrist band replacing tickets....

Anyone received tickets from The Ticket Factory yet ? Or any idea when they'll be sent out?

Satisfied since 1976

Aren't the paybands for UK residents only?? I'm so confused
I got an email inviting me to apply for one but the link keeps timing out

Thanks. Yes, that leads me to my accountpage where I can login. But when I am logged in, I don't see any "INFO" button. I can check my "Order History" and that's it.

I've reached the registration page but UK is hardcoded, no other option

Thanks for the information, Adams - that's what I thought.
I guess they're personalized too, so my UK-resident friend who's not going to any shows couldn't get one for me?

You will need to give them your name and address. But I'm not sure what happens next. Maybe you can register as somebody else and use a wristband which was registered as somebody else's one.

Yeah I applied and got a (canned) email back from "Joe Sale" saying I was not a UK resident so I was stuffed as far as the payband was concerned...well that's more or less what he wrote anyway ;-)

I could try to have it sent to a friend in the UK but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle...

If it really gives UK residents faster entry to an event like this that's bigotry, isn't it?
I wonder if it's legal to do that.

I'll ask a UK resident to do this for me, but how does one put funds into it?

Log in, then go to order history. When this loads click on "view order detail" at the bottom of this screen is the shipping info.

I thought of having one sent to my brother in the UK, since I'll visit him when I arrive anyway (didn't know this when I ordered the ticket). You have to supply an address in the UK and say how long you've lived there--I could give his address and say I've lived there X years, but then there's the issue of my ticket coming to THIS address. It all seems too complicated. But aren't Tier 1 and 2 supposed to have a special entrance? And do all the payband people get to go through it first?
