They sold out Happel Stadion in about 1 hour 20 minutes... (faster than the Stones)
And we are talking about 55.000 tickets here, that's quite a lot!

In Holland they sold 150.000 tickets in just 80 minutes.

they might of sold out in record time but then there ticket prices are half the price of the stones tickets...plenty of tickets on ebay.bono great voice but no stage presence

Monday sales are going to start in Switzerland. About 100 Euro for seats, 65 Euro for standing place... and it will be difficult to get tickets.
In Dutch we have a saying for this, refering to the band political ideas:
"links lullen, rechts vullen"... left wing talking, right wing cashing.
They could add a concert in France on the 10th of July, so Zurich has been posponed to the 18th. instead of 11th.
