I was on all three at once. It was quite the high. Especially during ''Might As Well Get Juiced'...

My Dad thought I was virginal. He walked in during ''Saint of Me'' and discovered otherwise I guess.

And the dude did skip foreplay which was why I didn't try to intervene during the beating!

ENGLAND'S NEWEST HITMAKERS IN 1964 - I was 11 years old - a few years later had to buy second copies of their first 5 lp's since I wore my originals out. Still have all the old vinyl!

Got live if you want it -- bought it in late 1966. I was 12.

I thought mick sounded so f...g evil when he sang "and now I get my fortune told for free." I was hooked.

Having never been to a concert, I was also impressed by how well they faded out on that tune live.

Now i'm older and, unfortunately maybe, know better...............

My brother had Hot Rocks and Exile. He turned me onto Hot Rocks (I wasn't quite ready for Exile!). I went out and got Made in the Shade. Been collecting ever since!

Made In The Shade - I was 13 years old at the time of it's release.

Born in '63, I was brought up with Stones being played all the time by my older brother and aunt, whether hearing them on the radio or on our cheap little old record player

But it wasn't until I was a young teenager that I invested in them with my own time and money. I spent hours, days, and weeks listening to this vinyl compilation. I still own it...scratches, snaps, pops, crackles, squeaks, and all. It's priceless to me.

Black and Blue on 8-track, 1976. It's still my favorite (the music not the 8-track).

"Tell me" single. The first of Jagger-Richards out in France , back in 1964. I was 10. Outdated, but .....I wanted to buy " Carol" which drove me into the Stonesland. The latter was thus my second buy.

Singles Collection, of the London Years, that was some years ago, went with my father, and I found that one... had only listened to the Stones on radio, but after that, I gave my heart to it..!

I bought Rewind 71-84 mainly out of curiosity in 1985. I was 16.
I was totally hooked.
Shortly after I bought the excellent Rolled Gold compilation ( what a pity It's not available on CD) and I became even more obsessed. I couldn't believe my peers were wasting their time listening to Madonna, Dire straits, U2 etc and all those other big 80's acts.
Like the essay says in the inner sleeve of the vinyl copy of Rolled Gold - 'If your'e looking for anything better in this field, don't bother, none has been recorded.'

Dad gave me Love you live in '87 when I was 14 but I'm pretty sure I bought the Decca release with JJF and some other songs on one side and live material on the other. I had all the studiosongs except for JJF. Rolled Gold was probably the next one. I craved for Black n Blue. A friend had IORR. Mid 70.s era and Brian Jones did it for me.
