I have an old vinyl titled Time Waits For No One (Anthology 1971-1977).
Tracks: 1) TWFNO, Bitch, All Down The Line, Dancing With Mr. D., Angie, 2) Star Star, If You CAn't Rock Me/Get Off Of My Cloud, Hand Of Fate, Crazy Mama, Fool To Cry.
Was this one ever released on CD?

I don't know but the version of "Time waits'" is supposed to be a minute longer or something. I'll have to check mine.

No, it has never been released on CD, not even rereleased on EMI or CBS, only on WEA. "Time Waits For No One" is a few "clock beats" longer but that's almost neglectable. It's not a minute longer.

I think the criminal thing is that Fool To Cry was cut short, (wasn't it?)

As on Sucking in the Seventies, (a far better compilation).

A very underrated stones song IMO. I think this is a great song and typical of the Mick Taylor period.

No, there was nothing cut short on this LP. That was only on Sucking In The Seventies.

No? Oh, good. I do have a recollection of something being too short. Maybe it was just a bad fade-out? Maybe not.
