It was lightly snowing today in my neigborhood...snowing ashes from the still ongoing Thomas Fire.
While the damage is done in Ventura, it's still wreaking havoc in areas to the north around Santa Barbara.
Over a week later since it started:

242,500 acres - 30% contained
18,000 structures threatened
972 Structures Destroyed
258 Structures Damaged

It has become the 4th largest wildfire in California history. Thomas Fire
Sadly, a firefighter lost his life today while battling the blaze. RIP

....only a few more days ta go ...

that's if a snake don't get me in the mean time .... the grass is long and dry ..

I'm waiting for Rockman to post information that he's opening an airb&b exclusively for IORR members! Although the Sunrise and sunset views of Stingaree Bay are spectacular, I've seen some boxset and lp sleeves that he's shared over they years that I'd really like to give a spin while taking in that view!

Is the bay viewable from the listening room at the bunker?

Nasty blizzard and -5C. Horizonal snow and messy traffic. But it’s the Winter Solstice, the days are getting longer now! So quake with fear, you Aussies and other low-down folk, we’re going to have the heat back in ...(checking my watch)... 6 months! [Grumble]

About the same weather as you STG. -7C and a layer of snow. I think it's called winter! A white christmas this year. Which is good of course.
Looks like you're driving an Alfa Romeo, Dandelion. Or am I wrong? God fortsättning i alla fall! (How do you say that in English?)
