It was lightly snowing today in my neigborhood...snowing ashes from the still ongoing Thomas Fire.
While the damage is done in Ventura, it's still wreaking havoc in areas to the north around Santa Barbara.
Over a week later since it started:
242,500 acres - 30% contained
18,000 structures threatened
972 Structures Destroyed
258 Structures Damaged
It has become the 4th largest wildfire in California history.
Thomas FireSadly, a firefighter lost his life today while battling the blaze.
