Recently, one of the temporaries in my workplace had to leave his job, as he has HIV. He is a good worker, and a good person, and does not have full-developed AIDs, but his immune system is shot, and he can't work anymore. I listen to Bruce Springsteen's "Streets of Philadelphia", and it has taken on a personal meaning. While I do not subscribe to that lifestyle, I have the utmost sympathy for the victims of this horrible disease.

I wanted to share this, as most of us are comfortable, in good health, and lead productive lives. Others are left behind, and their suffering is swept under the carpet.

We mustn't forget them.
