OT : your advice for a VoIP provider

I look for a VoIP provider (phoning through the Net) from PC to phone, mainly to phone to US and UK. I know there are something like 400 on the market, what a difficult choice.
Must a B to C offer (I'm individual, not a a company), yet providing good quality allowing professional use.
Illimitable plans suit me best.
I had 2 differets VoIP providers from 2001 to 2003, yet not very convincing. But it seems the technics matured.

Yes. Use Skype. It's free and all. You can also call to other countries at local tax.
