M Taylor should be palying more songs

After watching Mick T playing Midnight Rambler in London and the 2 USA shows on youtube there is no doubt that he should be playing on more songs such as Brown Sugar, Tumbling Dice, Wild Horses & YCAGWYW - the Stones should dump some of the special guests such as Mayer and use Mick more.

pool's in but the patio ain't dry

I agree also, he didn't play good in the first show in Londen but much better in Newark. Suddenly the Stones sounded like they did in 1969 to 74. The Stones has missed something since Taylor left. Never understood why he left.

Yes he did, nearly 40 years ago. Hard to understand.

I think Wyman should be 'palying' more song too!

Keep in mind all those guests encourage PPV sales.
The Gaga crowd, the Mayer lovesick girls etc.
People, We are talking MARKETING!

In 1973 I encouraged MCA Records to do some videos on The Who and Elton John.
They were horrified. "Music videos are not going anywhere..."

I couldn't agree more! Mick Taylor plays way better solos than Mayer, Clapton, or anyone else around. He looked and played great tonight and he looks like he's lost some weight too.

He should be back in the band full time. It would be the smart thing to do.

Yes he should be back in the band, think they could do a fantastic record with Taylor in line and then a world tour. They have proven tonight they can and Taylor looks in better shape and having fun. It would be interesting with three guitars in the band. On most studio recordings they have many layers of guitars! I think Keith, Ronnie and Taylor sound excellent together.

I would notmond if he played on more songs but he did leave. That said Midnight Rambler was absolutely inspiring tonight!!! The hair stood up on the back of my neck. keith was great and Mick T. dynamite. Mick Jagger was notro though he blew the roof of the place with that performance of MR awesome he is back too!!
