Can PPV be recorded or at very least, rewatched?
Posted by: jazzbass ()
Date: December 6, 2012 17:34

My company Christmas party is the night of the PPV. No possible way I can get out of it. I haven't ordered a PPV in years, so will I be able to rewatch the event at a later time or DVR it in any way?

do you have tivo account? or a dvr. you can get one thru your cable company I think maybe. then you can program your dvr to record it. I guess you would have to call ahead to order the ppv and then program your dvr for that channel and time. because you wont' be there to order it on your remote.

If you want out of a Christmas party say you feel the flu comming on a few days BEFORE the party then the word will get out that your not feeling well AT the party.

Then you'll be in your living room enjoying The Stones & feeling just fine!

Stones.

remember, even if you watch it via dvr - it still is a PPV and you have to pay again. no cheating.

A company Christmas party you can't get out of? That's horrible. Talk about office politics. Hope they're paying you time and a half for that. Just have the PPV on at the party. The Stones, that's party music, innit?

Well, I'm the owner of the company and bringing the Christmas bonuses, so would be very Scrooge of me to bail on them.

Then you should be hosting the party at your house. A PPV Christmas party. That way you can have the TV on, and maybe suggest a theme where each employee shows up as their favorite Stone.

That's it. I draw the line at Partridge Family references.

I've heard that every time you watch it in the privacy of your home you have to send 5 bucks to Mick...

You know, I've been contemplating a four hour trip to Newark to catch the show. I just can't do $400.00 for a mediocre ticket. Or I could just sit back in my living room and pay $31.00 bucks and watch it...I'm thinking, screw Newark
