J.S. Bach - I listen to a good bit of what we call Classical music, but Mozart is as far back as I go. Am not a fan of the Baroque. And I also had fallen under this simple minded notion that Bach was "too much like math". I have been listening to his solo violin work, and it is changing all my notions.
