Any word on who is covering the thing, and to what extent? New satellite blues? Are cable viewers left in the dark?

I haven't seen anything, and I can't exactly persuade the TV consumers in my house to change formats at short notice!

But...for Americans such as myself who have "cut the chord" and do not use sat or cable and just stream online...are there any options (a website or something) that would be offering it???

I'm not quite ready to buy such a Pay-tv.
and then you need lots of small change to feed it.

Easily my favorite tour story : the PPV is not viewable in France, at least so far. However, you can access it in the Gaza Strip.

Does Sky germany provide video on demand by Internet? Or do I need a Sky subscription?

Any chance to catch the show by a webstream (video on demand)?

You will probably be able to watch it on the stones website. They'll likely have a live feed

DirecTV -- The Rolling Stones "One More Shot" PPV Event Saturday, December 15, 9 pm EST, US. $39.95 regular, $49.95 HD, channels 122 and 121, respectively. Won't be available to order until roughly two weeks before the event, so try on Monday, December 3 so you don't waste your time. They will be airing rebroadcasts as well. Order through the website so you're not charged a phone premium. Enjoy!

Charging extra for HD?
Im surprised there is not a $29.95 price for a black and white showing
maybe a 19.95 if you just want audio... $9.95 for a still picture slide show

HD is the standard... cut the crap DTV.... just give it to us for free

I know, when the guy told me, I blurted out, oh give me a @#$%& break, and he laughed. When I went to see the film Lincoln, I found out they were showing a 70 mm version and the ticket was four bucks more. It's all a crock. I'm skipping the HD bit, I remember desperately trying to watch Gimme Shelter on Channel 5 in New York on a B&W TV with a coat hanger aerial and my having to eventually assume all five basic ballet positions to keep the reception going, so I'll live without the HD. winking smiley
