"Act together", Ronnie and Keith on Ronnie's 1st solo album.

I don't think that should (unfortunately) count, Ronnie wasn't a Stone yet. Still, I LOVE I Can Feel the Fire!!!

I'm gonna put Memo From Turner by Mick as the Best Solo Stone Track.
Close second is Woody's Breathe On Me.
I like some of Keith's solo stuff, his first album more obviously. Big Enough has a great groove. Not a fan of You Don't Move me though - hate when artists air their dirty laundry like that. So tacky. Like his book.

You Don't Move Me, closely followed by Ronnie's Far East Man

Keith's two albums are inside my top 10 favourite albums ever and I love most of Ronnie's stuff. Now Look and Gimme Some Neck are fantastic especially.

I Can Feel The Fire. It's just so 1974 Stones. You can hear The Meters and Bobby Womack in there as well as Luxury and the beginnings of the Black and Blue sound. Top tune.

In this thread, I think most solo tunes have been mentioned; except Ron's "Not for Beginners". There are some meandering tunes on the album, but many gems too. The center of the album "Wake up you beauty", Be Beautiful", "This Little Heart", RU Behaving Yourself".
I am a big fan of almost every Stones solo tune, including Taylor's first album, and Nicky Hopkins'.

Make No Mistake is such a beautiful song in every way; the sound, the songwriting, the arrangement and the performance.

Love this song and Jagger's voice. It does have a very Stones 74 feel and maybe a precursor to Ronnie's influence in the next few years.

Love the song "Wandering Spirit" and the album, too.
Another vote would go to the song "Primitive Cool," although I know I'm in a very small minority on that one.

This is one of my favourites:

Keith Richards with George Jones; Say It´s Not You

man, Keith should make a country album...I think this Keith´s solo version of You Win Again is better than the Some Girls bonus track version...

From Hubert Sumlin & Friends: "About Them Shoes" - album.

Recorded live at Keith´s home studio..It´s one of the best modern blues albums in years, it´s great.

i think it's better to characterize it as a traditional blues album...

We had a thread here earlier about whether Keith was a bluesman or not. This rendition of Still A Fool should answer that easily. Awesome stuff! thumbs up
