Hi; Meself have the amazing luck to be birthday-neighbour with Mr Richards (and Bobby K)... So right now, livin in CET (23.49 at this very moment) we´ll just let the 17th turn to 18th... With the slight exception of the smack years Mr Richards is such a great role model for an aging man, 19 years and 364 days older than me as he is... Happy Birthday for me, then, and the same for the greatest rock´n´roller on earth... I believe on Sunday its Beethovens great day?
What´s then, Mr Richards word on our star-sign (someone see a connection between Mr Jim Morrison, born exactly ten days before Richards in 1943...?? Yes, it's the 18th in this ol'country where he came from, so it must be Mr Rigorous Richards birthday.

But not srictly so until the time of his birth. So, at what time was he born?

And if you're a pro-lifer, his life started in March.

Not sure if Keith is a Pro-Lifer. Seems to enjoy it though.

On Sunday I'm going to the city (San Francisco for you non locals) to see the Mother Hips and host of other bands perform a post facto Keith Richards birthday celebration at Slims. How is the new Stones album (and are you ever gone screw GiantWhore......)?

Well Potty the new album is coming along fine. The boys are all working together again in the same bed after the single bed experiments on Bridges.

Mick has written about five fire-ball rockers. One has filthy lyrics about a gypsy stripper he met in Bombay. Keith well he's trying to turn Blind Willie McTells - Scary Day Blues into a country - blues number, much in the same style as Stop Breakin' Down. Keith also has about 50 loose based riffs that he's flung at Mick in the hope that Jaggs can nail some lyrics on to them.

Charlie's playin' hot and Ronnie has been keeping out of the way while The Glimmers continue to write together but when needed has been slipping in and out of the sessions.

GIANT WHORE...well I'm trying. I've just bought myself a sled, six huskies and a Mounties suit. I look cool in the Mounties suit but there's no where in Aussie land to practise with the dogs. BUT I reckon the MOUNTIES suit is a clue to what I'm gonna do to her when I rock into Canada with my gun in ma hand....Yaaa Hooo Husk Husk.. get along lil doggies!!
