Although I could afford to see the Stones at these inflated prices I just don't have to desire to see them anymore. These stadium shows are lame, the sound is garbage and unless you spend rediculous money you are left watching an out of sync monitor. It's silly.

I have spend more and more time digging into local area bands at local venues. I just went to a bar to see a band called The Remedy on Friday night. They played 3 sets, 1 hour each and over 30 songs of pure magical rock. They are so talented and yet so approachable....all for the price of a few beer. **This is what music is all about in my opinion**

....they also don't do it for the money they do it becuase they love playing and it shows.

You poor bastards down there. With the great exchange rate, that'd only cost us Canadians about $6100.

Check..and check...

You know my favorite thing about Canada?... the 70 cents to $1.00 exchange rate back in 1989...... and in 1994... and then it all went to shit. I guess it was inevitable, it used to be too good to be true... and now its not. I think I hate everything these days.

That's recompense for the 'perp walk' they make us do anytime we want to enter the good ole USA! Yes, we seem nice but we hold a grudge.

Lol, he has been a bit out of wack today, hopefully he gets back in the swing of things here shortly. I always enjoy his posts because he makes as much sense as anyone on here. I guess the high prices for the tickets have sent him over the edge.

Dear Karma,

Please send everything you can you make these 2012 Rolling Stones shows a complete artistic failure so they will never have a chance to commit Attempted Wallet Rape again.

Make these laughingly bad concerts, where they look absolutely foolish; so horrible that no one would ever consider propping up these spolied $#!theads as musical gods ever, ever again.

Sincerely,
Their Army of Former Fans

Gotta watch it... even if it gives me a head ache... Sheesh I hate politics.
They are both so full of crap... Hard to believe these two are the "best" we

Their smirks at each other alone are enough to make me wanna puke.

Canadians are British people that everyone has forgotten about.

Is there a more invisible country than Canada?

How do they do that?

When the hell they going to tell the British Royal family to get lost?

Times sure have changed around here.

There is a sudden dearth in the knee jerk posts about "whatever Keith or Mick want" is A-OK and above any reproach.

But it's still true though.. "You can't always get what you want".

Canada's regularly voted the best place to live in in the world, and incidentally today was voted best country to raise a child in.

I guess we're doing ok in our invisibility...we'll keep trying harder though.
