Rocksoff has some stunning photos at the following link. I didn't want to rip
them off and post them here. At least not for the next 5 or 10 minutes...

Good catch hadn't noticed it in the heat of the moment, that's the guitar he had for Gloom and Doom. For Whip and Miss You he had the black strat.

I am back from the show and will start writing my comments now. I would not call it a review, because you do not write a review when you have dated your wife or friend for 40+ years, but it will be my emotions, observation and how the show was, as seen from a highly addicted superfan who just love the Stones. Do refresh on the page link below, and you will see the updates as I write.

Congrats bv. I found it very interesting what you said about how hard you worked to get this ticket, and taxis taking you in loops as you looked for queues. It must have felt so GREAT to finally be told by security you were in.

Look forward to reading all you have to say about the show, thanks for sharing.

Yeah these pics are amazing, feels like being back there...

I wonder where Mick signed that autograph, I didn't see any waiting limos, oh well, hope some fan got it. Talking of autographs, Charlie surprised Keith's security guy when he walked all the way to the tip if the stage and signed an autograph, maybe somebody he recognized?

The security guys were very watchful, it's their job I guess, and I don't think Mick's guy took his eyes off of him for the whole show from the back side of the stage, I'd read about that technique but had yet to witness it.

Oh it was safely stored in my backpack that I checked in, wasn't going to take any chances, besides it was so packed in the front that I couldn't have used it.

Thanks for that link! An interesting non-hardcore impression of KR 2012.
I think by the same guy who was recording the rehearsals.

Your "review" is of course most long awaited - but the emotions coming through right now will not beat a review or comment - I guess.....personal highlight...not to describe in words and already coming through!!! Anyway, we´d like to know....

Dude's a proven liar, I would take everything he says with a grain of salt. Keith was fine, certainly not a "zombie", Ronnie wasn't shining much, in fact he was back to his sloppy self to some extent, except on D&G for some reason, and the sound was way too loud, maybe he's half death too?

Back to the show, Shattered outstayed its welcome IMHO, never liked it much and it just seemed to go on for ever tonight with Mick often needing to read fron his prompter stealthily located in what looked like a speaker !
