Still not on stonesarchive.

A British band treating its British fans shabbily.

Yes, but you got the 50th book in July and I think we finally get it this month. You're getting Crossfire Hurricane in theaters ahead of us getting it on a pay cable service in November. And you're getting the Stones live in London ahead of us getting it in New Jersey, of all places.

Can I refer you to the reply in the case of Arkell vs Pressdram, 1971

gave it a spinaroo last night. nice mix without mick too high in it for once.

it baffles why a mundane show like this instead of something from their classic period, though. baffling has become synonymous with "rolling stones."

Maybe to remind people that the early part of the ABB tour wasn't as big disaster as the Shine a Light movie showed.....so people will get their hopes up before the 2012 concerts.

doesn't mean there won't be followups over the coming years. El Macambo, Olympia, something from 1999, the list of possibilities is endless.

MrMonte please...Its El Mocambo...just think of that furry little guy on that street in New York.

ElMo-cambo...

Got it!

What is baffling is spinning MP3's...what RPM is it?

to avoid confusion, i just dubbed it onto my eight-track...the hard part was synching it up with my old betamax video of the show....well-worth the extra effort...

Wish that could be true...

It's been almost 48 hours since it's available on google play. Usually we have to wait only 24hours...

Is there anyone to point me a place where to find the mp3 version? Can't wait anymore.

Given Google's stock performance today, we might not get any more releases in the U.S. (from Google, at any rate).

I thought it was pretty good.

However I bet they will release the PPV as the final bootleg/archive. Right after the show?? If not then I bet it will be EL Mocambo. Start and finish with the two most desired recordings.

Go Dawgs!

Now, this is a hardcore fan item if anything; costs next to nothing, gathers absolute 0% interest outside the hardcore fan circles, and even there pleases only some most devoted fans of this era and bootleg completists.

As pointed out here, for that cost it is a fine product an sich but knowing the context and deal, to me that is a wasted oppurtunity to do something for their legacy. Damn equality and democrazy in these kind of matters. Their shows and eras are not equal, and it is blindness to deny that.

Regardless how little appeal this recording can garner from both casual and hardcore fans, this recording speaks for itself. It's a keeper. I now have a go-to recording to represent the Bigger Bang tour. "Shine A Light"? blah, no thanks. None of the shows on "The Biggest Bang" DVD really do the band justice either--save for Saitama of course.

The first 6 songs on the Toronto show are glittering with strong guitar work from both sides. I never really dug "Back of my Hand" but it comes across very nicely here with some fine slide work by Ronnie. Things start to dip slightly after Keith's song but by then we were already treated to a fine show to really care that much. The warhorses are your run of the mill performances and you can find better performances anywhere else. But honestly, we're not really purchasing these archive releases to critique "Jumpin Jack Flash" for the millionth time, are we? You can press stop when the warhorses begin but pay attention to the first half of the show--it's good stuff.

So you're submitting that this is worth only $2.49?

I don't think he's submitting...only admitting.

I'm glad it's finally out, but once again I have to say Google Music is just the worst store to buy music on the web. I wish I could just buy it from the Stones Archive website.

What's so bad about Google music? Seems easy enough to me. I purchase the album, then immediately download each song. They automatically import to my iTunes. Done deal, instantly on all my devices.

I think it's a bit of a pain to have to download each song - is there a way to save them all once to your PC? Other than that my only complaint is mp3 vs. flac.

On the bottom right of the cover artwork is an arrow, click on it and a bunch of options come up: one of them is "Download album." Presto...full album downloaded at once.

This show was WAY, WAY better than I expected - fantastic document of the latter day Stones. No Vegas here, just a little shaky bar band that produced magic after a loose start thumbs up

Dead Flowers, Infamy and Oh No Not You Again were suprisingly good.

Drop me an email, Tom.

It's come across as encrypted - deep joy.

I have emailed stonesarchive direct to see what the problem is, as to why the gig isn't there yet.

I have also tweeted several times the Rolling Stones twitter account to see where it is, and their facebook page.
