The creator of some legendary bass-lines has sadly passed. The Smiths were the kings of the British alternative movement of the 80’s, and Andy Rourke was a fabulous bassist. Check-out Barbarism Begins at Home.

sad news. RIP.

A great band in the day, shame they flamed out so quickly but maybe that's what's kept them in such high regard, no low points musically.
