A friend of mine just called me about this mini-documentary called "Lot 63, Grave C" about Meredith Hunter burial plot.

God that was so sad. Dies at 18 and is forgotten in an unmarked grave.

Thanks for posting, never saw this. Someone in the comments said that a marker was purchased as a result of this film. Someone else suggested Jagger should have bought one. Also, his mother sued the Stones and won a out of court settlement of 10 grand. Wonder (if true) why she did not buy it?

Actually, sad watching this and seeing Meredith in the last moments of his life.

I don't think he had that much time to decide where to run and - it doesn't matter!He just tried to get away from that Angel harassing him. Did you read all the witness reports from people around from way back Rolling Stone or the book?

Meredith Hunter would have been 61 years old this coming Wednesday.

Wearing a bright green leisure suit to a concert and packing a weapon was not the best of choices for this young man.

Sad indeed.

You could see Meredith Hunter in the footage a couple of scenes before the stabbing, well before he pulled out the gun, just standing there,.... and take a look at that bearded Hell's Angel standing right behind his right shoulder, glaring at him with a look of pure hatred, just looking for a reason, any reason, to kill him there and then....

I wonder what happened with the blond chic who was with Meredith.
Any news about her? Did she ever appeared in the press or elsewhere again.
I would be really interesting to hear her story after all this years
