THE ROLLING STONES(2019.2021.2022)

Well folks out of the 3 years, that is 2019. 2021 and 2022. Which year you feel that the band have given a wonderful show first to last. I feel 2019. From Chicago till Miami that band sounded great. Even Mick's voice was great in the year 2019. In 2022 some of the show's Mick's voice was weak, he had to take help of back up singers. But on 2019 his voice was really strong and seldom he had to take help of back up singers. Performance wise its still the same. However in 2023 I just pray, he does not have to take a lot help from back up singers. It just spoils the fun. What you all suggest?

2022 was very, very strong overall, mostly due to both Keith and Ronnie being a lot stronger than in 2019 and 2021 imo. It doesn't happen that much that they are both ON at the same time. The second part of the tour from Brussels on was just amazing, ending with the best gig of the tour at the Waldbuhne.

Comparing the 2017. 2018 and 2022-shows I've seen I would say that the 2022-shows were best.

I agree with Keith being stronger on the last tour. Ronnie was a little weaker, imo, but still good at times.

Keith's guitar was strong on 2022.But Mick's voice was bit weak on 2022. Hope it is stronger in 2023. Just like it was on 2019

For me it was 2019 for one reason - Charlie Watts! But I liked the concerts in 2022 better than the ones in 2021 and I don't think Mick had a weak voice in 2022! Ronnie was waker in 2022 than in 2019 so Keith had to concentrate more.

in my opinion berlin was the best show of all three years

and 2019 and 22 are a hard choice overall for me to choose between

19 had charlie, the acoustic set and a better variety of songs

but that last half of 22 is so damn good with keith performing so well near the end i have to give best to it

21 wasn't bad but it just didn't have the same appeal and frankly charlie's not being there was hard to accept at first and may be influencing my preference of the other two

here's for this summer being the best of them all

i think they still have it in them to surprise us

It has become better for every year. Almost, anyway.

Well, I have just seen videos or listened to audio recordings of 2019 and 2021. I was at the Munich show in 2022. For me the 2022 tour was realy good. Very dynamic and powerfull.
The show in Munich was one of the top 5 out of 26 I've seen since 82.
This has for sure several reasons. One reason is the experience of enjoying, dancing, shouting, screaming, smiling together with all the other happy people after the lockdowns.
I wasn't able to go to the show in Berlin. The videos, the audio recordings and the reports give me the impression, it was one of the unique shows they played and the audience was obviously on fire too.
I realy enjoyed the 2022 tour a lot!

2022 was far superior. Even if Ronnie was a bit weaker with all he’s been through Keith in the other hand had his best tour in… well a long time. Actually my friends who usually come to one concert per tour said the same. The large mistakes we have gotten used to where in part gone.

2019 - the last tour with Charlie was the best, and was thrilled to seem them four times that tour.
2021 - I saw them twice in L.A., and while it was fun, it was a bit of a freak show sans Charlie - his absence was a looming cloud of sorrow.
As for 2022, judging from what I read, heard, and saw here (and youtube, etc.) alot of similarities to 2021, but with the added Omicron element, along with an extraordinarily crappy looking stage.
2023 might be better than 2022 and 2021 based on the possibility of the new album, and also a new stage, though hopefully Ronnie's playing will have improved compared to the poor outing of 2022.
