Partly cloudy with a chance for afternoon and evening gorillas and monkeys.

Assume that the concert would be at night.
Forecast for nighttime that month is darkness.

So, it'll look something like this?

[gobrooklyn.about.com]

"The winter months in Brooklyn have a bad rap for being gloomy, perpetually rainy and low-key, but with holiday festivities on for a good part of the season, the city literally lights up more than ever. And if you enjoy indoor activities such as visiting museums and cathedrals or spending a few hours reading over a good cafe creme, winter in Brooklyn may be ideal for you"

I live in Brooklyn -- blizzards are rarities any time but I will say the weather has gotten funkier in recent years. But December is mild relative to January -- March.

Still not thrilled about traveling that far to a show that time of year. Wish they'd bag these plans and move on to Spring 2013.

There will be raindrops and snowdrops and whiskers on kittens.

Take some mittens.

Its not an either/or option.

There will almost certainly be a 'proper' tour in 2013.

Lets face it. Normally a North American or European tour has about one and a half million tickets available or more.

These shows are going to probably have under 40,000 tickets per continent. At present there isnt even a Stones fan club pre-sale option available for fans.

Most of us wont get anywhere them.

Shouldn't be much of a weather problem in early December.
(How about that blizzard in the NY/NJ area last October? cool smiley )

Yeah, we should be so lucky to get anywhere near the tickets for the four 2012 shows.
