OT Traveling To Helsinki, possible assistance needed

I am not sure where else to ask but a concert in Helsinki was announced and I jumped on airfare. Unfortunately it's sold out.
Is there anyone here who lives near the Ice Hall who can perhaps provide logical assistance and help me if I have to shop outside the venue? I am a total pro at this and I am sure the rules are the same in every country but if I need any translation etc or if I might be running afoul of local ordinances.
Or if you know any reputable ticket brokers.
