Why not charging them in the Hotel before leaving for the venue?
Powerbanks were in Munich (5-Jun-22) not allowed. But a 10,000 mAh Powerbank (by Anker) can be as small as 9.2 x 6 x 2.2 cm (2.4 x 3.6 x 0.9 in) and could be hidden at the security-check.
At the first SIXTY concerts there was a small Bar on the stadium floor at the side near the stage. Maybe they have a power socket ....
Pretty sure most venues have electrical outlets. Charging stations? Maybe not, but, you should be able to find an outlet on a wall.
