It's from a series of photos from a Rolling Stones gig in 1963 with Bill and Charlie as members.

Maybe the same place & time period, but the shoes are different, and the amp against the back wall looks different.

Wow, just think, they were still living at Edith Grove at the time, and after this gig they would be arriving back at the flat banging the front door against the foyer wall with their guitar cases, then annoying the neighbors by blasting records from their 'gram into the night. Jimmy Phelge was probably there that night as well. Too cool!
This shot is the closest one to my pic Rockeee. I didn't recall that this serie was in the On Camera, off guard 1963-69 book that I own, I'm gettin' old
So you guys are right, it should be the same place but a different day...
and by the way here's the original shot ( not enhanced )

Looks like the amp directly behind him (obscured) is different from the one in the picture with Mick and Charlie which appears to have a light coloured or white trim with diagonal pattern across the grill.
Perhaps different location unless they were interchanging amps throughout the set, unlikely.
