Episode Six - Rolling Stones Medley (BBC Radio 1 Club: 1969) (Ian Gillan, Roger Glover)

During the final years of the band, before Ian Gillan & Roger Glover left to join Deep Purple, Episode Six made numerous Radio 1 Club appearances on BBC radio. Beside playing their own songs they would do fantastic covers, like this medley made from two hits from the Rolling Stones: I Can't Get No (Satisfaction) and Paint It Black.

Later on, Deep Purple will often play snipets of Paint It Black during drum solos
