And Taylor's first!

What was the 1972 tour called? Oh right - the Moonlight Mile tour. That sounds good.

Bless him. I went on the road with Kev in 1980 when he was tour manager for The Tourists, the band that featured Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox before they formed the Eurythmics. Really nice guy and he did like a bit of an after gig drink.

England 1970 tour

They didn't tour England in 1970 ?

Either 1966 or 1971 were tour years in the UK.

Also tours were not given "names" at that time.

Did you get to ask him if the Stones played CYHMK or Wild Horses in 71?

Yes, my mistake. I was thinking of a 1971 tour

Haha... "First of all, I was a drunk. A drunk and a roadie". Then doesn't remember anything about the tour (well, there was a truck full of alcohol, and he once tried - let me help, supposedly the opening riff of "Honky Tonk Women" - with Keith's open tuned electric guitar).

That was fun. A cool dude.smileys with beer

Yeah, Good-Bye Britain Tour. But it's obviously that he doesn't remember. He was drunk, like he says grinning smiley

Isn't there a '75 tour bootleg called, Cocaine, Whores and a Bottle of Jack?

The 1969 Tour would be the Sympathy for the Devil tour since it had Altamont

Ahh yes, the ginger. He's in virtually every scene of the entire project, privy to the deepest of conversations by the 4 biggest guys on the planet, and wrote a book where he claimed not to remember much of anything.

Almost incoherent inconsequential ramblings of a amnesiac reformed drunk.

This video and some of the comments have saved me a bit of money and a lot of effort. Thanks. Kevin HAS written a book, and that's exactly the sort of book that I try to get my hands on. However it's only an ebook and only available on Amazon. So to get it I'd have to flaff around legally downloading it and then reformatting it and printing it. I ain't gonna bother now!!

Might be why he earned a little bit of scorn from Lennon. In the movie, when they are on the roof top you hear Lennon shout "Kevin get over here you idiot" or some such.
