One of the best sidemen and a great artist in his own right. His work with the Beatles and the Stones goes without saying, but to me there's nothing more magical than when he jumps out of his seat at the Concert For Bangladesh during That's The Way God Planned It.

He gave them that uptown, disco influence on many Stones 70s cuts, and of course backed them up live. A great musician for that particular time when they were changing their sound from Nicky Hopkins, their previous keyboard genius.
