Jagger and Chuck. Keith has very little influence on songs played live. He said in an interview in 2019 that he learned NOT to ask for songs like Beast of Burden to be played because if he did ask they definitely wouldn't get plaid. Chuck is the music director and keeps track of when songs were last played.
