Just an OT heads up:

Hank III is touring around Europe in the next six weeks. I saw him recently in Toledo OH and there is just nothing like his live show. Over 3 and 1/2 hours of music, with enough genre changes to make your head spin.

Country, Hellbilly, Doom, and Punk. It's a marathon, but worth every penny.

I love III's honky-tonk stuff (amazing similarity to his granddaddy), but the thrash/speedcore part of his show just doesn't ring my bell. YMMV

But, have to give him a lot of credit for doing what he does. Not too many people would have the cajones to play thrash in front of a country crowd, nor honky-tonk in front of a bunch of speed-metal-ers.

There is nothing "fake" about Hank III. He is what he is.
