Oh, what a shame. I was a fan of The Addams Family back in the day and Cousin Itt (along with Lurch) was one of my favourite characters. Rest in peace, Mr. Silla.
I believe this just leaves the actors who portrayed Gomez (John Astin) and Wednesday (Lisa Loring) as still being with us, so far as the main cast goes.....
