For a chuckle...Those of a certain age on IORR will remember when this over the top parody teen weeper was a huge AM radio hit on this side of the pond.

But who imagined they were a scary very wasted looking group of hard cases? They make The Grateful Dead look like The Osmonds. When the camera pans, it looks like they've got Anton LaVey blowin' harp.

Better tell 'em you dig their tune, smile and back out of the room slowly..

Cool. They look like they are all ready for the cover of the Rolling Stoned.

Not to mention Shel composing this Marianne Faithfull/Steve Winwood collaboration. (And the childrens classic "The Giving Tree"....)

Those guys were a bunch of jokers, pretty popular down in Aussieland though. It is pretty odd they put out that milquetoast single when certainly they were way more outlaw than not.

And the Grateful Dead were the Osmonds; the Osmonds on acid with knives behind their backs and a vial of liquid always ready to dose you into oblivion and then laugh about it.
