Unanswered question: Size of that "rock"?
In the video it looks like a pebble actually.

A language difference: in British English, something the size of a pebble is a stone. To qualify as a rock it needs to be a lot bigger. Whereas US 'rocks' can be quite small.

Maybe the Rolling Stones fans around the world could start a crowd funding and a lottery as for the lucky winner to go to Mars with Virgin Galactic to collect the ultimate Rolling Stones collector item?

HOW COOL IS THAT!!?? Here's the tweet from NASA:
"Hello “@RollingStones Rock” Who could hang a name on you? Um... us! When @NASAInsight touched down on the Red Planet, its engines sent a rock rolling across Mars' surface. We named it for the band"

Makes no sense... isn’t a “stone” about 14 pounds / 6 kilos? English is a silly language!
