We are aware of a very small number of instances where customers in particular regions have experienced playback issues and are currently investigating this issue as a matter of urgency. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Once we have established a fault we will manufacture new replacement discs. We would request that you return to your original point of purchase (e.g. a record shop or online retailer) in order to request the replacement disc.
If possible, it would also be very helpful if you could let us know the type of DVD player you have been using in order to play the disc.
