I always thought he said "Gimme Bridges!, as in a variation of "take me to the bridge!"

Here's my two cents:
In the middle I am fairly certain he is saying "Make me rhythm' (he is adopting a faux-jamaican accent, giving make two syllables and pronouncing rhythm as "riddim") referring to just the bass and percussion taking over the song for a moment, which is a feature of dub versions in reggae music.
At the end it sounds to me like he says, "Bad Ivan, bad man", referring to Ivan Neville on keyboards.
