Those tours were all a blast though my personal favorite was Voodoo. East Lansing was the best I'd ever seen them including the olden days. The only problem is (was) that from '89 onward you were seeing essentially the same band and the same show with different trappings. Think about how the Stones sound was varied and more interesting in the seventies, through '82 by virtue of the variety of sidemen (and woman) playing with them. From '89 on it was essentially Mick Jagger & His Back Up Band featuring Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood.
