Well, London is a mess. The rest of Europe has issues right now with bombings, riots and economy fights. Maybe it's a return to the hard edge NY sound.

I am so bummed that Charlie will be in NYC a month after I'm in NYC. Hope he swings by the West Coast...but I doubt it. NYC is a great jazz city...LA...not so much.
