Great song, but a bit sloppy recorded, imo, especially the guitars.

Pure Gold

Very fine number; brilliant
The vocal arrangment at hte end of the song is pure gold
Effective interaction between both guitars with so simple licks and arrangment

One of the finest moments from the post-80s period

Just for this song (among others) is worth the BB album; just for one song similar to this will make a new album worth

It is Jagger's with a very KR atmosphere (even if the main guitar is MJ), and a very soul atmosphere at the end

Great song, that would have been classic if they had produced it in analog.

And yet, in its uniqueness, LIND transcends anything they have ever done. Completely unlike the sophomoric filler tracks that hobble ABB, this is mature and heartfelt songwriting of the highest order.

This is the original version by the Beau Brummels.

A solid album track from the ABB sessions during which Ron Wood spent his time not at the studio but in a rehab clinic and only overdubbed his parts later, "laughinearlydied", as the song is called on the CD sleeve, is a good showcase of what Mick Jagger, the songwriter, is capable of.

In my household, this song has received fairly many plays early on when the album was new but less so in recent years when compared to other tracks from ABB.

A solid album track, no more and no less. I guess I must pull out the CD now and turn up the system to this song.

This is an outstanding track proving that they had something left. If it was on Exile everyone would be raving how great it is!

Jagger's vocal is very good on this song. There is something missing from the instrumental . . just kind of boring. Where is the Stones' magic

Great guitar style (not a necessity to play thousands a minute to get a good result/feeling). I thought it was Ronnie but ... yes it was not drinking around Pocé (vins de Loire..)

when i first heard this song i realized 2 things-one is that when they try this song is the quality you get.the second thing was that its very ,very easy to tell when they're not trying.

if they stayed in the studio and worked at it we could have had years of songs of this quality.however,it is good to know the skill and talent are still there,the drive and will may be a different story.

Does Mick shoutmumble the word "Bubba!" at one point during this song. That's what I always hear. Just me?

the song is a major one and a few people realize that
It has great guitars with lots of few little things making the play special with a nice echo, choirs, great percussions.

This one is clearly A MUST.
